bring your idea to life in 60 days.
looking to create a consumer product?
an online program where you can work on your idea alongside other people working on their ideas (the best part? it's free)
hi, i'm kushal.
i wrote something on my notes app to share my thoughts on why i am doing this and how cocreate can help you.
(skip to the tl;dr version below if you don't want to read the entire thing.)
"so, here we go.
for as long as i can remember, i’ve loved tinkering and creating stuff, like anything and everything.
like the time when i was 14 and i soft-bricked my first android phone while installing a custom rom because i wanted to change the font of my device.
(soft-brick is basically when your phone won’t start because you effed up the operating system)
or like the time when all this led me to become a facebook admin of a 2,700 member group, all having the same device, while i created custom roms for them.
or like when i created a niche tech blog that gained over 400k organic views.
or like when i created a facebook page gaining over 2.6k followers.
or like when i created niche tech-related videos on youtube that reached a total of 100k+ views.
or like the time when i imported tech accessories from china and sold them on ebay, turning my 3k savings to 40k in just a few months.
all before the age of 18, that kid loved creating stuff out of thin air.
maybe it was the naiveté in me that made me believe i could do anything and everything, and maybe that’s why i viewed failure or things not working out as just part of the game.
(i still have that naive sense of dumbness in me, which is why i’m creating this now, lol)
later on i went to college.
there i created an amazon seller account with my college friend and started selling products, eventually receiving a letter from mr.taxman for a penalty on due taxes, that’s when both of us realised that taxes were a real thing, even for two dumb-ass college kids, and mr.taxman is always looming around when money is being made.
after i graduated from college, i decided to join an internship, i lasted a day. then i joined another one and lasted 15 days.
i realised i still had that itch to create something, and wasn't quite ready to “settle down” at a career.
which is when i decided to create a service-based business, i ended up calling the same college friend, convinced him to leave his internship midway, and join me in the pursuit of keeping mr.taxman happy.
we also created an offline podcast together and recorded a few episodes, which we eventually had to shut down after covid hit, and there was a lockdown.
over the next four years, we both got a place to work from, made okay-ish money, but eventually we both decided to slow things down when i had a spine injury (a story for another day).
but i’ve realised that i love creating stuff, sometimes it works out; most of the times it doesn’t, but i enjoy it either way.
so now after a year of slowly recovering from my spine injury and tinkering with stuff, i’m launching this, cocreate.
a place where you can create your idea in the next 60 days, alongside other people working on their ideas.
this is always going to be free, partly because i want you to have a support group of like-minded people who enjoy creating, and partly because, just like you i too feed from the energy of other people working on their ideas.
(if i ever ask for money for this, you are allowed to send mr.taxman to scare me).
in addition to that.
creating something out of nothing is a skill that is very very very valuable in today’s world, even if you end up not working on the same idea down the road.
so… if you have an idea that you want to create—anything, big, small, it does not matter—even if it’s a youtube channel, or a software product, or an ai avatar, or comic books, or a marketing agency, or home decor products, or creating music, art, literally anything.

tl;dr: i’ve created and worked on a bunch of stuff since i was a kid, like creating custom roms, a blog, a youtube channel, selling products online, a podcast, a service-based business, and a bunch of other stuff. i love creating stuff that i’m interested in, anything for that matter.
which is why i’m launching cocreate, a place where you can create your own idea in the next 60 days, alongside other people working on their ideas.
